Generac PWRcell Solar + Storage
The scalability cited by Travis refers to the storage capacity of the PWRcell system. A PWRcell Battery Cabinet holds three to six PWRcell Battery Modules. Each Module adds 3.0 kWh of usable storage capacity with a minimum of three battery modules in each cabinet. Configurations start at 9.0kWh and scale to 18kWh for a single cabinet, and up to 36kWh for two cabinets. Each system is currently limited to two battery cabinets.

PWRcell Clean Energy Solar Power Storage Components
The PWRcell Inverter takes energy from the PV Array (solar panels) and uses it to charge the batteries and power the home. While disconnected from the grid, the inverter uses power from the PV array to power the house while it keeps the batteries charged. When the sun goes down, the inverter supplies power from the PWRcell Battery Cabinet to entire home.
